Self-service software installation (Mac)

Faculty and staff who use campus-owned Macs can follow these steps to install approved software applications on their computer:

1. Click Go from the Apple menu bar and open Applications.
2. Open the Self Service application.

3. Enter your Buffalo State network credentials, and press the Return key.

4. With the Self Service tab selected, click on Applications under Home. This will display the applications currently available to install on your Mac.

Click Applications 

5. Click the Install button under the application that you want to install.

Select an app to install 

The installation will take place in the background, and you can continue to use your computer.
