Learning Management System (Brightspace) - Development Shell

Service Description

D2L Brightspace development shell for course design and development ONLY. Development shells do not support student access and should only be used by the faculty member. Content developed can be copied to other courses in Brightspace.

Faculty planning to go through the Course Design Review (OSCQR) process should request a development shell at least two months before beginning the Course Design Review (OSCQR) process. While developing your course in the development shell, please refer to the OSCQR rubric to ensure you're incorporating OSCQR standards as you're developing or redesigning your course.

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM).

Resolution Time 5-10 business days
Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
