Learning Management System (Brightspace) - Development Shell

Service Description

D2L Brightspace development shell for course design and development ONLY. Development shells do not support student access and should only be used by the faculty member. Content developed can be copied to other courses in Brightspace.

Development shells can also be requested for faculty to work on cleaning up and reformatting course content in preparation for the migration to D2L Brightspace, and for faculty engaged in the course design review (OSCQR) process.

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM).

Service Level 2 - Normal  
Response Time 1 business day
Resolution Time 5-10 business days
Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
