Standard Features

The Instructional Design & Distance Learning (IDDL) team provides workshops to faculty and staff on the use of technology for academic and professional purposes. They assist faculty with the design and development of online, hybrid, and web-enhanced courses and modules, including support for designing or redesigning a course goals, materials, assessments, and integrating new technology. IDDL offers training and support through the Book an Appointment button for the following:

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

  • The requester is responsible for providing details related to the request. 
  • The requester is responsible for notifying IDDL if user is unable to attend a scheduled session.

Service Holder Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Design & Distance Learning will utilize Microsoft Bookings to schedule an appointment and send information on how to attend the session.
  • IDDL staff will notify the requester if appointments need to be changed or canceled.

Faculty and Staff. 

Service Level Agreement

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM).

Service Level 2 - Normal  
Response Time 1 business day
Resolution Time 3 business days
Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
