Service Description
Audio and Video design and space improvement services for the academic and administrative departments of Buffalo State. Includes computing hardware and software.
Standard Features
Standard Service Features include:
- Classroom A/V Design
- Conference Room A/V Design
- A/V Design for both instructional and non-Instructional spaces (i.e. conference, seminar rooms)
- Installation of campus owned A/V Equipment
- Programming and commissioning of College owned A/V Equipment
- Procurement and Installation of Visix Digital Signage
Optional Features
Optional Service Features include:
- Training on college owned A/V equipment
Roles and Responsibilities
Requests that are part of a construction project will require input and direction from Facilities Planning, and/or that project’s Architect and General Contractor. Input from other parties such as Campus Services, Networking / Telecommunications Infrastructure and the Project Management Office may also be necessary.

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM).

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved. Resolution time is for initial evaluation; actual time will be determined per project. A ticket in an 'On Hold' status (e.g. IT is waiting for additional information from the requestor) does not count toward the Resolution Time.
