Service Description
Request photography services including individual and group portraits, event photography, location photography, and studio photography. You will be contacted shortly after the request has been received for a short consultation and to schedule photography services. Submission of this request does not guarantee acceptance of the request.
Standard Features
Standard Service Features include:
- Consult with and advise client regarding photographic needs
- Provide client with high quality digital copies of photographs for use in publications, presentations, and websites
- Upload photographs to online photo gallery: http://photos.buffalostate.edu
Photography Options include:
- Portrait Shoots: Single individual, multiple individuals and group portraits (available Mondays 9:00AM–noon in Bulger Communication Center Photo Studio or on-location across campus by request)
- Event Shoots: Photographic coverage of classroom and campus events
- Location Shoots: Photographic coverage of spaces/locations on campus (unrelated to a campus event)
- Studio Shoots: In studio still photographic production
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities:
- Client is responsible for providing details related to the request including their contact information, subject matter to be photographed, anticipated use for photographs, and date, time and location for events.
Photographer Responsibilities:
- Photographer will consult with client to determine needs, costs, time line etc.
- Photographer will coordinate with client and involved individuals to align project goals with final product.
