Roles and Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Distance ing:
- Provide and communicate training opportunities
- Provide assistance setting up assignment/answer key in Gradescope
IT Help Desk:
- Provide assistance scanning bubble sheets and uploading to Gradescope
Customer:
- Provide details related to request (e.g. coure name/CRN, date of test, etc).

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM).
