Use this form to order new equipment from Telecomm.

Standard Features

Equipment that can be ordered from Telecomm includes:

  • Basic single-line telephone (Cost: $12)
  • Single-line telephone with speed dial and speakerphone (Cost: $34)
  • Single-line telephone with speed dial and speakerphone caller ID (Cost: $53)
  • Two-line telephone with speakerphone (Cost: $67)
  • Two-line telephone with speed dial and speakerphone (Cost: $45)
  • Basic handset for telephone (not all styles are available)
  • Handset cord (i.e., curly phone cord)
  • Silver satin cord (gray cord that plugs into wall)

Optional Features

There are no optional features associated with this service.

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities: 

  • User is responsible for providing details related to the request (department, name, contact number, email address, equipment selection, quantity).


Telecomm Responsibilities:

  • Telecomm staff will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.

Service Level Agreement

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM).

Telecomm Extended SLA  
Response Time 1 business day
Resolution Time 5-10 business days
Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
