Service Description

Use this form to install a current phone line in multiple locations (i.e., have the same phone number working in two or more locations on campus).

Standard Features

Use this form to install a current phone line in multiple locations. Bridge connections can only be setup on standard (non-VoIP) phone lines.

There are no optional features associated with this service.

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities: 

  • User is responsible for providing details related to the request (department, name, contact number, email address, phone number needing to be bridged).


Telecomm Responsibilities:

  • Telecomm staff will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.

Service Level Agreement

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM).

Response Time 1 business day
Resolution Time 5-10 business days
Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.

Service Pricing

Department will need to pay the following costs associated with this service:

  • $75 if there is an existing jack to be used
  • $215 if a new jack needs to be installed
