Network and email access
The hiring manager or secretary can request network and email access for a new employee using this service:

Computer, peripherals, network printers
New full-time employees are eligible for a new computer when starting employment. Hardware can be requested using this service:
► Go to Hardware Request ► Click Open a Ticket
Software
Some new personnel may require software in addition to the standard software that is pre-installed on all campus computers. Software can be requested using this service:

Shared drive or SharePoint access
The hiring manager or secretary can request access to the department's shared drive or SharePoint site for a new employee using these services:

► Go to Update Microsoft Team and SharePoint site membership ► Click Open a Ticket
Electronic door access
The hiring manager or secretary can request electronic door access for a new employee using this service:

Phones and voicemail
For assistance with phones and voicemail:
