Buffalo State faculty, staff and students are encouraged to sign-in to the IT Self-Service Portal. Doing so allows users to save their favorite services, open new tickets and view the status of their existing tickets, share Knowledge Base articles and leave feedback.
Follow these steps to sign-in
1. Click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your Buffalo State username and password, and click Sign In.
Your name should now appear in the top right corner of the screen indicating that you are logged in.
