Please Note: The steps in this guide may be slightly different depending on the model of phone you have and the version of the Android OS you are running.
If the secure wireless certificate on your Android phone has expired, follow the steps below to renew the certificate.
Step 1: Remove old secure wireless profile
- Open your list of wireless networks by swiping down from the top of the screen and long-pressing on the Wi-Fi icon.
- Long-press on Bengal and select Forget Network.
- Power off your phone and then turn it back on.
Step 2: Enroll your device
After removing the old secure wireless profile, simply follow the steps in the Enroll an Anroid phone on the secure wireless network article (starting at step 2).
