Creation of a Google mail account for School of Education faculty who, as part of their coursework, are teaching the use of Google Classroom to Buffalo State students who will eventually go on to careers in K-12 education.

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved. A ticket in an 'On Hold' status (e.g. IT is waiting for additional information from the requestor/HR/SUNY etc.) does not count toward the Resolution Time.
