When I login to Brightspace, why do I not see any of my courses or the content?

There are two reasons a student might encounter this message:

  1. The student is not registered for any courses in Banner.
  2. The student is registered for a course the is cross-listed course or the faculty member merged a course and they are seeing a course with a different CRN. ( Student should contact the instructor)
  3. The instructor may not be using Brightspace or hasn't made the course available to students yet. 


Login to Banner and confirm that you are registered for the current semester. If you are, follow up with your instructor regarding making the course available to students in Brightspace.
