Pharos Secure Copy

Pharos allows you to make copies at any Managed Print Services device using your Buffalo State ID or designated passcode.

Access Device

• Account authentication is required in order to copy
• Scan your Bengal ID or select Passcode Login to enter your passcode

• Select More Device Functions

• To view/change Copy Options, Select Copy
• To make copies without changing the Copy Options, enter the number of copies you wish to make and select the Copy button at the bottom.

• After selecting desired options, enter the number of copies you wish to make and select the Copy button at the bottom.

Sign Out

• Select “Sign Out” when done.
