Pharos Secure Copy
Pharos allows you to make copies at any Managed Print Services device using your Buffalo State ID or designated passcode.
Access Device
- Account authentication is required in order to copy
- Scan your Bengal ID or select Passcode Login to enter your passcode

- Select More Device Functions

- To view/change Copy Options, Select Copy
- To make copies without changing the Copy Options, enter the number of copies you wish to make and select the Copy button at the bottom.
Copy Menus
- After selecting desired options, enter the number of copies you wish to make and select the Copy button at the bottom.
Sign Out
- Select “Sign Out” when done.
