Self-Service Banner Technical Issues and Outages

Scheduled System Maintenance: 11/6/2025 at 5am. The system will be down for 15-20 minutes.


Known Issues:

  1. 404 Error - the error displays while trying to open the landing page or any SSB pages. Short-term solution: try to open the link using a different browser or clear cache and cookies. We'll provide an update when the issue is resolved. Last updated: 11/5/2025
  2. White on white issue - the top item in some of the drop downs and the four-square menu appear blank like shown below. It is not actually blank, but the label text is white on a white background, which makes it invisible. Short-term solution: highlight the invisible label to change the text color or just click on it. Last updated: 11/5/2025

  3. Schedule Planner -
    • why do students have to login to legacy Banner to use Schedule Planner? IT is still working on the application migration to the new Banner environment. Last updated: 11/5/2025
    • Why are the Registration Carts empty? A database connection issue occurred due to high user volume, which temporarily interrupted the application's functionality. This should be resolved on 11/6/2025.
