Known Issues:
- Browser compatibility - new Banner should work in all modern browsers. However, Internet Explorer and Safari are not recommended due to various display issues. We have seen the best performance using Chrome. If you encounter an issue using any other browser, please try using Chrome before reporting the issue.
- 404 Error - the error displays while trying to open the landing page or any SSB pages. Short-term solution: try to open the link using a different browser or clear cache and cookies. We'll provide an update when the issue is resolved. Last updated: 11/5/2025
- White on white issue - the top item in some of the drop downs and the four-square menu appear blank like shown below. It is not actually blank, but the label text is white on a white background, which makes it invisible. Short-term solution: highlight the invisible label to change the text color or just click on it. - Schedule Planner -
- why do students have to login to legacy Banner to use Schedule Planner? IT is still working on the application migration to the new Banner environment. Last updated: 11/5/2025
- Why are the Registration Carts empty? A database connection issue occurred due to high user volume, which temporarily interrupted the application's functionality. This should be resolved on 11/6/2025.
- Class Lists (faculty) - sometimes not all courses appear on the class list. Solution: check to see if there are registered students in your class(es). If there is no enrollment, the course will not be listed on the Class List page. Last updated: 11/6/2025
