Pinning Courses in Brightspace

We recommend using Brightspace's "Pin" feature to make it easier to find frequently accessed courses. Pinned courses will appear in the Pinned tab in the My Courses widget and at the top of the Course Selector (waffle icon) list.

Pinning a course using the My Courses widget

1. Locate the course in the My Courses widget. You can click on a tab in the My Courses widget to see your courses for a specific semester.
2. Move your cursor over the course tile.
3. Click the ellipsis icon and select Pin.
   
4. You will now see your course in the Pinned tab within the My Courses widget.
   

Pinning a course using the Course Selector

1. Locate the course in the Course Selector (waffle icon). You can use the search feature if needed.
   
2. Click the pin icon for the course you want to pin.
   
3. You will now see your pinned course at the top of the list within the Course Selector.

Unpinning Courses

To unpin courses, click the "pin" icon next to a course. It will be removed from the Pinned tab within the My Courses module and from the pinned list within the Course Selector.
