If you have calendar events saved in Gmail that you want to copy to your Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar, you can follow the steps below. Please note: these steps will need to be performed from a computer; you will not be able to export your Gmail calendar using the Gmail app on your phone.
	- Open a web browser and sign-in to your Gmail account.

	- Click the Google apps button and select Calendar.

	- Under My calendars, select the calendar you want to export. Point to the calendar, click the three vertical dots and select Settings and sharing.

	- Under Calendar settings, click Export calendar.

	- This will download a zip file to your computer named "<username>@mail.buffalostate.edu.ical.zip." Note the download location so you can select the file and unzip it.

	- Navigate to the download location so you can unzip ("extract") the zip file. To do this, double click the zip file and then choose Extract all from the toolbar.

	- Open a new browser tab, sign-in to your Outlook account and click the Calendar icon to open your Outlook calendar.

	- Click Add calendar from the left navigation panel.

	- Click Upload from file. Next, click Browse and select the "<username>@mail.buffalostate.edu.ics" file (that you downloaded in the previous step).

	- Select Calendar from the drop-down and then click the Import button to start the import process.
