Managed Print Services - Enroll from Campus Device

As part of the university's Managed Print Cost Savings Initiative, all students, faculty and staff will need to enroll in Pharos Print (the "Managed Print System") . This is a one-time setup that links your campus ID card and provides you a personal passcode for the system. To enroll from a campus device, follow these steps.

ID Enrollment via Campus Device

Open the Pharos Print app from the Windows System tray (or the macOS menu bar) from a campus computer. Its icon will look like a simplified office-style printer.
