The RITE Support Desk is Moving!

Planned Windows and Mac Upgrades

RITE Services began a campaign last December to upgrade campus computers to the latest supported operating systems (Windows 10 and OS X Sierra). Faculty and staff were given the opportunity to upgrade their devices at their convenience using the self-service tools available for PCs and Macs. We encourage faculty and staff to take advantage of this self-service option, which will remain available through the end of March. Beginning the week of Monday, March 26, 2018, RITE Services will begin scheduling the deployment of the Windows and Mac OS upgrades and will target any computers that have not yet been upgraded. These upgrades will take place on a department by department basis (view tentative roll out schedule). Department heads will be contacted by RITE Services to finalize the schedule.
