If you are having trouble signing into Banner, follow these steps to reset your PIN.
- Visit the student Banner page and click Log in to Banner.
- Enter your Banner ID number in the User ID box and click Forgot PIN? button.

- Enter the answer to your Security Question and click Submit Answer.

- The new PIN can be a mix of letters and numbers and is case-sensitive. Enter your new PIN twice and click Reset PIN.
