Banner Assistance for Faculty/Staff

Service Description

RITE Services can provide assistance to faculty and staff who have questions or issues related to using Banner SSB and Banner INB.  

Standard Features

RITE Services can assist faculty and staff with many Banner related problems/questions including:

  • General inquiries related to basic navigation of Banner SSB or INB
  • General inquiries related to submitting grades
  • Issues related to accessing Banner INB (e.g. login page not loading) 
  • Issues related to incorrect biographical information (e.g. wrong name, date of birth)
  • Issues related to access/permissions in Banner SSB or INB (e.g. faculty needs advisor access in Banner SSB)

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities: 

  • User is responsible for providing details related to the issue including their contact information and a full description of the problem.

RITE Services Responsibilities:

  • RITE Services will respond to inquiry or resolve issue as soon as possible.
  • RITE Services will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
