Service Description
The Instructional Design & Distance Learning (IDDL) team provides training to faculty and staff on the use of technology such as Brightspace, Microsoft Teams Meetings, YuJa Enterprise Video Platform, or Office 365 and can assist faculty with design and development of online, hybrid, and web-enhanced courses and modules.

Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- Registering and attending workshop
- Providing details related to the workshop request.
- Notifying IDDL if user is unable to attend a scheduled or requested workshop
IDDL Services Responsibilities:
- Schedule workshop opportunities each semester
- Communicate workshop opportunities
- Update website resources and workshop materials
- Evaluate training request.
- Contact user if workshop is canceled or rescheduled.
