Information Technology provides assistance to faculty, staff and students who need help enrolling their devices on the secure wireless network (Bengal).

Standard Service Features include:

  • Assist faculty, staff and students with enrolling campus owned and personally owned devices on the secure wireless network (Bengal).

Optional Features

Self-service options for faculty, staff and students:

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

  • User agrees to allow Information Technology staff to access their campus-owned device and/or personally owned device.
  • User may be required to bring device to the IT Help Desk for secure wireless configuration/setup.

Information Technology Responsibilities:

  • Information Technology staff will assist with the configuration/setup of campus-owned device and/or personally owned device.
  • Information Technology staff will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
