Service Description

Do you have a process that needs improving? The Process Improvement Team (PIT) will evaluate your current process and your goals for improving it.  

Standard Features

  • Initial consultation for fact gathering and process diagramming.
  • Defining the existing system and desired outcomes.
  • Evaluate options and make appropriate recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Requester is responsible for providing the following information:

  • Breakdown of current process
  • Desired outcomes

PIT responsibilities:

  • Evaluate options and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Communicate progress with requester

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) associated with this service. We will try to complete an initial review in 3-4 weeks, and will follow up as needed.
