Service Description

Use this request form to begin an inquiry concerning the status of a previously surrendered campus computer.

Standard Features

Standard Service Features include:

  • Determine status of the previously surrendered computer (for which Business Services has a current Loan of College Property form on file).

Optional Features

There are no Optional Service Features associated with this service.

Roles and Responsibilities 

User Responsibilities:

  • User is responsible for providing details related to the request including their contact information, device names, serial numbers and location information.

Information Technology Responsibilities:

  • Information Technology staff will investigate the status of the previously surrendered computer to determine when it was returned.
  • Information Technology staff will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
