Service Offering Description Review of application software technology and server specifications to recommend the best course of action for resources needed.
Standard Service Features Review of standard hardware and software resources needed for implementation as well as client/server or web based DNS configurations if applicable. Recommend the requestor to the PMO office and PMO project request form.

Service Roles/Responsibilities Requestor – Provides documentation on application and server specifications and necessary storage allocation.  The requestor completes the on-line server request form.
Systems Administration – Communicate with the requestor. Reviews and evaluates the request for hardware resources, staff availability, and anticipated timeline for completion. Provide cost and recommendations for additional software needed for implementation.  Assist requestor on software licensing needed if applicable.
