Service Description

Information Technology provides assistance to faculty, staff and students who need help setting up their campus e-mail on mobile devices.

Standard Features

Standard Service Features include:

  • Assist faculty and staff with configuration of campus e-mail (Office 365) on campus owned and personal mobile devices (e.g. iOS, Android).
  • Assist students with configuration of campus e-mail (Gmail) on campus owned and personal mobile devices (e.g. iOS, Android).

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

  • User agrees to allow Information Technology staff to access their campus-owned device and/or personal mobile device.
  • User may be required to bring mobile device to the IT Help Desk for e-mail configuration/setup.

Information Technology Responsibilities:

  • Information Technology staff will assist with the configuration/setup of campus e-mail on mobile devices.
  • Information Technology staff will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
