Service Offering Description A crew member will direct audio capture of content within Bulger Communication Center studios. 
Standard Service Features Consultation
Pre-production planning (scheduling of talent, crew, equipment)
Studio capture with guidance from audio technician
Post-production (as necessary, as per consultation)
Optional Service Features Use of sound booth if determined by consultation
Use of Bulger Communication Center TV studios as determined by consultation
Service Pricing (if applicable) Pricing available upon request and consultation. 
Service Billing (if applicable) Invoice to department or office.

Service Roles/Responsibilities Customer must provide adequate information (media, scripts, any supporting documents to be used within production). Maintain communication with production team.
Service Hours of Availability Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and by approved request *excludes college holidays
Service Special Considerations We are unable to edit content not created by media services.
Services are available only for use related to academics and college business.
Customer required to manage distribution and signing and return of release forms if necessary.

Request Turnaround Time From consultation through post-production - estimated based on consultation.
Target completion time based on span of time necessary to process request and could increase based on size and complexity of request as well as the size and complexity of any request ahead of it in the queue.
