Typical Room Features

Panasonic Display Monitor with Built-in Speakers
Input Plate (Below Monitor) with HDMI and VGA/Audio Inputs
Control Panel (Next to Monitor)
Please note: These rooms require users to bring their own device for connection. They are NOT equipped with a resident PC.
Due to a variety of security concerns, wireless display technology (Miracast, etc..) is not supported in these spaces.
HDMI and VGA cables are not included with the room technology. Cables are available for loan at the Equipment Loan desk. Additional display dongles are the responsibility of the user and will not be provided.

Operation Instructions

  1. Press the Power button on the button panel. The face button lights will oscillate as the system warms up.
  2. Connect your device to the wall plate using the proper display connection, HDMI or VGA. If using VGA, be sure to connect the audio cable if audio is desired.
  3. HDMI will be selected by default. If you are using a properly connected HDMI device, it will automatically display. HDMI users skip to step 5.
  4. VGA users should select "VGA" on the button panel to switch the input. Your VGA device should now display.
  5. Adjust volume to desired level using the knob. Please note that the volume level will NOT display on the monitor. It is only present on the button panel.
  6. When you are finished, press the Power button to shut off the AV system. Be sure to disconnect your cables and store them properly.
