Instructors are able to download an Attendance Report to see a record of all attendance they have recorded in the Bengal Success Portal.
- Login to the Bengal Success Portal.
- Click on the menu.

- Click on Students.
- Click on the Attendance tab.
- On the right side of the page, use the Course Section dropdown to select your course.

- Click on Attendance Report.

- Your report will download to your computer as an Excel file.
- Open the Excel file to view the Attendance Report.
Customizing Your Attendance Report
By default, the Attendance Report lists all of the dates that a student was absent. To get a total number of absences per student, you can quickly customize your Attendance Report by adding a Pivot Table. This process is outlined in the following video.
